We’ll have plenty of green beans, and possibly some yellow Dragon Tongue. Tomatoes will be here to choose from and Farmer Rich will have sweet corn.

Forest Run Farm will not be at The American Center on Tuesday at their Farmer’s Market, so plan to pick up your veggies on Friday at the Farm.

Availability for the week of July 31

This week there should be more varieties of tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to your comments in your order and then you can pick out yours at the time of pick up. Or you can order them in 3 or 5 lb quantities of the farmers choice that will need to be used soon.

Farmer Rich says his sweet corn is just right, and the raccoons agree!! Remember that the Farm Stand CSA punch cards do not work for sweet corn, you need to pay with cash or check.

As was the case this past week, there is a good chance that the farmers will find more veggies that are ready to go home.

Since the market was closed one Friday in July, we will honor the cards that are good until the end of July 2016 this coming Friday, August 5.

Sweet Corn is available!

Farmer Rich just stopped by and said his sweet corn is ready. If you have already ordered, you can add another order with the corn. Remember that you cannot use the Forest Run Farm Farmstand CSA punch cards or FMNP checks. Sweet corn must be paid for by cash or check.

Availability for the week of July 24

We should have slicer tomatoes, both heirloom and regular red round ones. If interested, add it to your comments the number of pounds you’d like. You will be able to choose from what is available when you come to Friday’s pick up.

Availability for the week of July 17

The Market is open for ordering. As usual Forest Run Farm will host the market after taking a week off and Friday open hours will be 3-6pm.

You will find the summer items coming to market like tomatoes and green beans and cucumbers. If the online availability reaches Zero, add to your comments that you’d like some if they become available. The berries are questionable at this time, but the same is true for them, add it to your comment section.

Vacation -- week of July 10

Hello Farmstand Shoppers,

The Friday Market will not be open this week at Forest Run Farm. The Market Managers will be attending a special family event out of town. Please check back for next Sunday’s availability.

No need to worry, we will be ramping up for zucchini, cucumbers and green beans for the week of July 17. Forest Run Farm will have a Market Stand set up at the UW Health at The American Center (the new Hospital) on Tuesday from 2-5. Farmstand CSA members can use their punch card at this Market. We should have snap peas and berries to name a few.
